Abrasive Paper Belts

Abrasive paper belts are manufacture to size in the UK, against customer demand, from various types of abrasive paper from 60 to 240 grit.

For applications on plain wood we recommend the use of the GA – PAPER RANGE.
This is a resin bonded Aluminium Oxide paper, on a strong F weight Antistatic backing, for maximum performance and superior mechanical strength, noted by its dark grey colour.

The GA Range is available in 2 types:-
GA02 – OPEN STRUCTURE : for hard wood and MDF
GA03 – SPACED STRUCTURE : for soft and resinous wood

On demand, we can supply paper belts for traditional joinery applications manufactured on a strong resin bonded Antistatic paper, with a more compact grit structure, suitable for most normal applications:-
CREF – open structure: Aluminium Oxide from 40 to 400 grit
CSER – open structure: Silicon Carbide from 180 to 600 grit

Also on demand, we can supply paper belts for Finishing Applications on a strong resin bonded Antistatic paper, with special anti-clogging additives, in:-
SE – open structure: Aluminium Oxide from 180 to 600 grit
SES – open structure: Silicon Carbide from 220 to 1200 grit
